How (MA'AK) operates:

STEP 1: Go to your mobile phone store, search for “MA’AK”, and install it.

STEP 2: Open the app and register with your phone number and, you will receive OTP to verify your phone number.

STEP 3: From the side menu, select “My Cards” and you can add as many cards you want, and you can set a default card to pay automatically from, also you can create a QR code for this default card for payment. Same steps to add a mobile wallet.

NOTE: Khartoum, FIB, Al-Baraka, and Al-Salam Bank cards can’t be used in this application, for their disapproval.

STEP 4: When you want to pay, choose “Payment Method” then select a bank card or a mobile wallet.

While choosing “Payment Method”, your added cards and mobile wallets will appear automatically.
